Proposed Wage – $20.00 to $23.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 40 hours per week

Duties:
• Assist clients/guests with special needs
• Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations
• Prepare and submit progress and other reports
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
• Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Establish work schedules and procedures
Job Requirements:
Education Requirement – High School
Certificates – Security Guard License
Experience – Not Required, Experience an asset
Benefits Overtime: $30.00 to $34.50 per hour will be paid any work done after 8 hrs per day and 40 hrs a week.
Vacation Pay: 4% of gross.
