Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer and Designer to join our growing
team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting, improving, and testing our sales
and service management systems.
Key Responsibilities
Quickly understand and support the company’s sales and service management system
infrastructure
Design and implement efficient software testing frameworks and infrastructure
Manage test cases, analyze execution logs, and improve testing efficiency
Conduct release testing for updated software versions
Perform system stability, performance, and pressure testing
Investigate and resolve issues in users’ environments
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Continuously improve system quality through process optimization and performance
measurement
Qualifi cations
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fi eld
Strong experience in software development and testing infrastructure
Experience with system performance and stability testing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
