<div>We?re looking for a skilled MIG &amp; TIG Welder to join our team in a steady, production-focused environment. This role involves welding and assembling metal parts using established procedures and fixtures to ensure consistency and quality. If you?re reliable, detail-oriented, and prefer predictable, hands-on work, we?d like to hear from you. <br><br><strong>What You?ll Need:</strong></div><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of MIG &amp; TIG welding experience.</li><li>Ability to read and understand shop drawings and work instructions.</li><li>Comfortable performing consistent, production welding.</li><li>Willingness to learn and work well with others.</li><li>Able to follow written and spoken instructions in English.</li><li>Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.</li><li>Robotic welding experience is an asset, but not required (training opportunities available).</li></ul><div><strong><br>Employment Details:</strong></div><ul><li>Work Environment: Fast-paced production setting with repetitive tasks.</li><li><strong>Training Period:</strong> Training will be conducted on <strong>Day Shift (Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:15 PM)</strong> for the initial <strong>2-3 weeks.</strong></li><li><strong>Permanent Shift (Post-Training): </strong>Afternoon shift – Monday to Thursday, 4:15 PM to 2:15 AM (40 hours per week).</li><li>Schedule Perk: Every Friday off (no rotating shifts).</li><li>Pay: CA$22 – CA$26 per hour (hourly rate based on experience and weld test.).</li><li>Additional $1.50/hour night?shift premium for all hours worked on the Monday – Thursday afternoon shift (4:15 PM – 2:15 AM)&nbsp;</li><li>Benefits: Available after probation period.</li><li>Reviews: Performance and wage reviews at 3, 6, and 12 months.</li></ul><div><strong><br>Why Work for Us?</strong><br>At OMI, we believe in creating an environment where both our team and our business can thrive.
