<div>Our team is growing, and Marcon Metalfab (<a rel=”nofollow” rel=”nofollow” href=”http://www.marconmetal.com”>www.marconmetal.com</a>) is hiring a CWB Certified Welder to join our dynamic team based in Delta?s Tilbury Park.<br><br></div><div><strong>Position Details:</strong></div><ul><li>Shift: <strong>Night Shift.</strong></li><li>Days: Monday to Thursday.</li><li>Hours: 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM (10 Hours).</li><li>Pay: $30 – $40 (based on experience).</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Set up components for welding according to specifications.</li><li>Select welding equipment and methods based on project requirements.</li><li>Inspect welded surfaces and structures for flaws.</li><li>Utilize angle grinders to prepare parts for welding.</li><li>Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layout and procedures.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>What We?re Looking For:</strong></div><ul><li>3+ years of experience in a steel manufacturing environment.</li><li>Welding proficiency in all positions; TIG is an asset.</li><li>Experience with aluminum, stainless, is an asset.</li><li>Clear communication skills in English.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Benefits:</strong></div><ul><li>Annual boot allowance.</li><li>Extended health &amp; dental.</li><li>RRSP matching.</li><li>2 weeks of paid vacation.</li><li>5 paid sick days (post probation).</li><li>Education &amp; training.</li></ul><div><br></div><div><strong>Our Committment:</strong></div><div>Marcon Metalfab is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
