EnviroGreen Pest Solutions is a structural Pest Control company that offers customized, cost-efficient preventive maintenance programs, as well as one-time services for various Pest and Wildlife issues. Our client?s range from residential to commercial properties all throughout the Lower Mainland BC.
We are seeking a qualified candidate(s) to fill our *Part Time Administrative Assistant role. *
As one of our Administrative Assistants, *responsibilities include: *
* Answering phone calls
* Responding to customer enquiries via email
* Scheduling service requests
* Miscellaneous Administrative Projects
* Cold calling/emailing potential clients to expand the business
* Following up on sales lead
* Assist with Invoicing and Account Receivable Projects (when necessary)
* Providing exceptional customer service and communicating educational information on long-term pest prevention methods/management
* Staying up to date with Industry best practices, regulations, and safety protocols via internal training sessions provided my management or Industry training sessions
*Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Knowledge of the Lower Mainland (required)
* Be able to pass a Criminal Record check (required)
* Ability to work independently or in group environments
* Possess strong time management skills
* Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
* Good interpersonal skills and rapport with clients
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Previous experience in Pest Control Industry or Administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory
